This showed as available around 5pm on July 13th, 2016. Was so shocked to see this card which I had purchased for $680.00 in July of 2016 is now selling for over $1,000.00. Pros: Update from : This card has been awesome, running a 21:9 100hz GSync panel at 1440p and getting amazing FPS and very smooth gaming. EVGA is still a great company that seems to care about their customers and has excellent communication with them. Otherwise I have to give EVGA a bit of slack because they have done insane amounts of work to do right by buyers of these cards which sadly isn't the norm with all companies anymore. Also, they coil whine is not indicative of the highest attention to detail. Unfortunately I cannot give a $700 card a 5-star review when the cooling solution does not have the quality control one would expect. Overall Review: This card is great if you are looking for one of the fastest 1080s out there and trust EVGA to stand by their products (in my experience they have been pretty good). Thermal pads not touching the VRAM consistently is a real issue that could hurt the lifespan of these cards. Evident lack of build quality with cooling solution in general. Warranty service has always been good with EVGAĬons: - Reports of cards blowing up making me uneasy EVGA has been great in communicating with me about getting a thermal pad mod Still a little headroom for small overclock even though it is already 11/10 HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4 and Dual-Link DVIĪdditional Information Date First Available PCI Express, PCI Express 2.0 or PCI Express 3.0 compliant motherboard with one graphics slot. ![]() Learn more about the EVGA 08G-P4-6286-KR Model Brand
